At Julie Davies, Soprano, Piano and Voice Teacher, we offer personalized music instruction for all ages and skill levels. Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, we are passionate about making music education accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Services

Piano Lessons

Tailored piano lessons for all skill levels, focusing on technique, theory, and performance. Available in-person beginning at age 7 years. Recitals are presented 2 times/year to showcase musical journey. 

 

Voice Lessons

Personalized voice lessons to enhance singing abilities, covering various genres and focusing on breath control, pitch, and expression. For younger students (6-13 years), musical theater will be assigned. Above age 14 years, we will learn musical theater as well as classical singing as it is an important example in long lines in solo as well as choral singing. Otherwise, I look to one's desires in learning certain styles as it is important to sing what music you are passionate and/or curious about. Recitals are presented 2 times/year to showcase musical journey.

 

Soprano Performance

Professional soprano performances for events, offering a repertoire of classical, operatic, and contemporary: musical theater, jazz, and popular classics.

Do you offer online lessons?

For voice lessons: Yes, we offer both in-person and online lessons to accommodate your schedule.

For piano lessons: I only teach in person as it is a tactile study.
